Susan has an extremely vital role within the KJM Team, as well as looking after a huge clientele, Susan is also the Salon Manager and is responsible for the smooth running of the salon. She is a Schwarzkopf Colour Master and passes this knowledge onto the whole team.

Susan is mum to daughter Winnie, who keeps her busy, along with her 2 dogs.
